How to block adult content in my laptop?

Sometimes my laptop is used and borrowed by my friends and I have no control on the sites they visit. One time I found out from the history that someone access an adult site. I want to block such to protect my computer from virus. Does anyone here knew how protect computer from such content?

There are many software which allows the users to block the sites but the problem is if you need to block a site you need to know the URL. This is the one of the advantage of the software. I think this will not help you to block bad sites becuase now there are over thousands of bad sites and out are not able to collect the URL of each of them and add them in the blocking list. The best method is by having a good antivirus. Some antivirus like Kaspersky 2009 will block almost all the bad sites. I think you could contact the Kaspersky centre and know the details more.

Most of the antiviruses support allow you to filter what kinds of sites that are to be allowed to browse.I am using Kaspersky internet security.And i am blocking a lot of sites using this.

you can block them in your router so they can't access it from any browser. Usually this is in the tab "URL blocking" (at least that's in my router. Add the url there and you are done ;)
