I am horribly worried with my upcoming 18th birthday party. :(

hmm. i'll be turning 18 this may 8 but i'll be celebrating it on may 9, it's an overnight party. since, its an overnight stay i am worried that my high school friends can't join in or lets say that only few people coming plus the place is too far from the city and they have classes in the next day early in the morning. i can't change the date and time neither the place because its already paid and that's the only available slot. What should i do? i really want them to be there so bad. :( 18 only comes once so this is really important to me. Gosh! i am so horribly worried.. :(

Well, schedule conflicts are pretty hard to fix, especially that you're former classmates have summer classes I think. Actually, I'm kind of surprised that most of them could not attend or maybe that's because May is free-from-school month in my country. If some of your friends can be with you the whole time I think it's really cool but you cannot force all of them to attend till dawn. Maybe some of them might join you till midnight and I think it's good enough, seeing that they still have classes the next day. But there's still the possibility that they might really enjoy your party ans stay with you till it's over. Anyway, good luck with it and advance Happy Birthday! :D

i think most of them couldn't attend because it's gonna be our exam week. :( i am not quite sure though if most of them will not come. thank you by the way.. :)

What is the problem-it is summer anyway? If the parent are worried for their children's safety you can just hire a van fr them -to pick them up and help them go home..

Since you can't change the time and date, you probably can't do too much about it except for making sure those who want to come can come... I would encourage everyone to organize transportation. Like go together in smaller groups, and make sure everyone gets home safe after the party. Hope you all will have a great time.

Happy birthday! Just hope your friends can come. They may not join you overnight but I am sure their presence can make you happy. I think not all of them will have 7:30am classes... so some maybe able to stay overnight.

You are right, 18 is a very important age, you are going to enter into the adulthood.
I can only tell you not to be nervous, and be positive. I guess you have already invited the persons? I am sure they will do an effort for you. If one of my friends had an overnight party and I have classes next day, I'd still go, because it is something that only happens once and it's important for my friend. Cheer up and I hope you have a wonderful party!
