what's ur view on job hopping?

is it should be encouraged? what's the current situation of job hopping in ur country?

It should be. Job hopping would likely allow the applicants to choose the company she /he wanted to work with.

i do not encourage it actually... I think when someone gets a job... We should of course try our best to love it and find enjoyment in it. People who jumps over to new jobs often do mot tend to learn and grow to develop good careers over time. They end up mot having valuable work experiences and people will really not want to hire someone who transfer and does not stay long in a company.

There are a lot of agencies some respectable some not and I think thier existance encourage job turnover. Many companies do not hire people anymore they do contracts and contracts are term contracts.

No it shouldn't be encouraged at all. Here in the US if you job hop a lot it looks bad on you. No one wants to hire a person that goes for a few weeks and then leaves they want someone yes with experiences but it doesn't have to be in many fields they want to see that you are reliable so having a job for a year or more is a good thing before moving to the next job.
