hi, I'm a newbie with Mylot.com, could anybody be so kind as to tell my how i can change the password to my account? And secondly, what are the requirements for setting a password?

You can change it here:
http://www.mylot.com/nr/editprofile.aspx
There are no specific requirements but it make it unique and not one that you use on other sites.
