Good day guys, I know most of us have our own websites. I had several one before that I usually did it alone because hiring a webmaster is very expensive. Recently I have an ongoing website that still under construction. I am having a little trouble since this is my first time to create using WYSIWYG. I am not an expert of creating website but I am trying to make it on my own. How did you do it in your own website? Did you hire someone to do it? Nice day ahead my friends.. It can be quite costly to hire a webmaster, I agree. I'm no webmaster, but I do enjoy creating websites. I enjoy it. It helps greatly if you actually are into graphic arts and web building. I've created a few for myself with great success. Depending on what sites you use, whether simple or complex, building one can be done. I guess it's safe to assume you're stuck after getting to a certain point of creating your site. What has you stuck? The layout? The color schemes? The content formatting? There are some low hosting fee, no hassle options on the web to create your own site. Don't worry about your site lacking a professional appearance. There are ways to give your site a well polished look. Try sites like; homestead.com, wix.com, or moonfruit.com. I would like to know what problem you're having when you try to build one on your own. I could go into more detail if I knew.

Yes, I created myown website. I used web creation software called Namo Webeditor. It is not the best of programs, but it allows me to create webpages in a WIWYWIG format, that is just like a word processore. I can add images, links and creat various styles very easily.. It has one ot two problems now and again, but I think many software packages can have this, but it's great for me. To upload pages to my host site, I used a free program called FileZilla that is very easy to use. I have a blog with blogger.com and link it to my website. I have never hired anyone to do my webpages for me, because I have found it easy enough to do myself. I also did a site for my brother-in-law, who is a photographer, and he seems very pleased with it. _Derek

sorry Mobhomeir, I mistyped WYSIWYG with a W instead of a S, so it is really one and the same thing. I don't think I am quite an expert, but can throw together a standard webpage, anything fancy like forms or anything like that, I would have to study a bit more.. _Derek

Hi my friend. I've been from your website and I admire how you did it. You can really distinguish or differentiate between the master and novice . How I wish I could do it too. You're the kind of person I need to have on my website. You have a very clear, clear and enticing website. Is there possibilities that I could have it also? Thanks my friend for your respond.. hello mobhomeir, i'm here again :)) actually i am also a blogger and i have the knowledge about the computer.. i started to enroll for studying in computer world when i was 12 years old.. i've been taught from the basic up to the very complicated like web designing.. but now, i don't use my knowledge about it anymore because i am currently studying in the field of Medicine, Biological Science and Education.. but if you want, we could arrange this I might help you for free just send me a private message to get my e-mail or phone number.. I am willing to spare my time, to share my knowledge and the best that I can.. it's summer vacation here and i have a lot of vacant time so make me busy.. it's really difficult to start that one that's why web masters are there for hire but if you don't want an expense, soon you will surely learn you only have someone to guide you.. i will be here

Blogging and domain forwarding is the most inexpensive yet effective way to create a personal website. I had a lot of website including the one for my real estate ventures and I have always used blogger and dynadot for it. The domain would just cost me $9.99 a year and blogger is so easy to manage. I suggest trying it out, you don't need to be an expert for this.

Try http://www.ewebguru.com/, there in linux hosting they do provide Web Site Builder from which you could select the template you want for your website and provide the contents. It's also user friendly, it's $44.33 per year for a single domain with unlimited web space and bandwidth ...

hi arun thanks for the idea..yes, as of now am using WYSIWYG..it is a friendly user. I guess it is a great help for me since I am a novice on this website making. I had once before but I wan depending on their template with limited bandwidth and disk. I am using hosting.24 for my webhosting a little cheaper but at least their features are worth on their asking price...thanks for your concern my dear friend..I really appreciate it...happy weekend at your end... I already had one real website, that I paid for a domain and a host website. I didn't hired a webmaster because it was not a big site, but only a small thing, so, I did by myself. I used a ready template and dreamweaver, it was a lot of work because I didn't know much at start.

I suggest using a free website provider that comes with templates. Some places start you out with a default website template that you can customize. Search on the web and you can also find some places that provide free templates and some even with flash capabilities. There are even some free websites that allow you to use HTML, in which case you can find all types of code online for whatever you may be looking for. You have to look around and weed out the places that prompt you to buy something but if you take your time to search there are a lot of options for you.

Hi Lida you're right. I've been through doing sites with some default templates with free hosting but I am not satisfied because they only have limited features. I've tried a little better though I paid it. The only problem is am not yet familiar with HTML. I guess if am going to have self study for that it would take a little time and it should not be because I must have to finish my site withing this week. Right now am using WYSIWYG because it is a little easier. Thanks anyway my friend for your respond... Mobhomeir here 050412 0551hrs
