Have you ever done something stupid out of curiosity?

i was looking at tiny scissors in the department store once, those scissors for kids and wondered if they were really sharp and decided to test it with my fingers.. yeah, they were pretty sharp.. Good thing i didn't put much effort and it was a nice clean cut on the outer skin and didn't bleed.7 responses

oh wow i could really imagine the cut! im glad it wasn't too deep. I do not remember something like that that i did out of curiosity that got me to really put in mind what i should be aware of next time. hehe
Maybe mine are the stupid things i would say, but i do not remember something like trying out stuffs and all.

Good thing you didn't put too much pressure or use the scissors somewhere else..hehehe...
I remeber when I was about 5 or 6 years old. Togethern with my granma, we where in the farm. She was planting onions and I was left beside the haystack to keep me in shade. I saw a matchbox in my grandma's bag and tried to light-up some hay. It get burned and fast spread to the haystack. That really made a great alarm not only to my grandma but to the nearby village.
From then on, the people on the nearby village called me "pu-or" an Ilocano term for fire.

Good thing you didn't hurt your self. Well, just so you'd be careful next time, always be reminded of that cliche ~ Curiosity killed the cat.

I am glad to tell you that, Even the great scientist Einstein had done many stupidity in his life. He had done such silly stupid things for his experiments but still he is honored for he had done in rest of the life
.
I believe that every human being perform it and I am happy to know your stupidity in life. I think you are great lucky to not get any such wounds or bleeding on your body. I hope you understood your mistake what you had done.

I laughed while reading this. This is too funny. Good thing it didn't do you harm. You could have cut your finger by doing that. Just be careful next time. I also did some pretty stupid things because of curiosity. But, none of those matches your experience. Haha.
