I usually plan for the next day, my routine, what to cook, what all works to be completed like going to bank, buying what groceries, whom to make phone calls etc. Then I will try to think about good thinks so that my mind will relax and go to sleep.

I pray (most of the time. *guilty* well, I want to pray every night, every time I go to sleep). You never know whether you'd still wake up from that sleep.

For some reason I can never remember the time around the last 15 minutes before I go to sleep.Otherwise before that I usually think about unimportant things and things that distract me from serious thought because once I get tense and/or nervous there is no way I can possibly go to sleep.I recently had a discussion about it with my friends and I found out that a lot of people sometimes think of embarrassing memories or remember some witty comeback they should've used when having an argument with someone before. I guess it's because when you go to sleep you have more time to think about your day and remember different things...

Hmm..I think about a lot of things actually. Some of them are not intentional though, and I hate it when my minds is reeling actively that I couldn't sleep anymore. That always happens to me so even if I try to change my sleeping habit, my thoughts wouldn't still let me fell asleep peacefully. Most of the time, it's about plans and ideas that I should and would do for the next day, sometimes they are just random memories. I usually come up with the best ideas for a new artwork at night, but it pisses me off that I'm so sleepy that I sometimes forget what I've thought when I wake up or I'm pissed because I'm really so sleepy but I flipping wanna do the artwork at that very moment, whether it is midnight or dawn, I sometimes get up just to satisfy my overactive mind.
