I need some help and advice to lose some weight very fast, right now I am just doing a brisk walking everyday and last up to 30-45 minutes only. I notice a little bulkier now than last year I need to make more thinner a little. My hubby decided to come home for a vacation which is I never expected to become earlier. Any advice for me to add on my routine and lose some more. I am now 55 kg and a height of 5'2" please need some help

Hi Ate! You're not alone when it comes to this issue. I get bulkier now too than before and I hate it when almost everyone says; You seem to gain weight lately, Ed. You've gotten fat, Ed Why not try to jog too then walk, then jog and walk again. Or better yet, sign up for a membership in a gym. That may cost you, but at least you'll surely lose some weight. Well, as for me.. I lessen my food intake. Especially rice! (I'm trying.) And then, as much as possible I walk whenever I need to go out and jog early in the morning! Good luck to us!

I'd love too Ed but I almost fainted when I try to jog, and I don't know why I cannot catch my breath after a minute of doing it. Also there is no GYM here in our place that have a regular instructor but just a place to do your own routine without proper ways of doing it, which is kinda waste of money for me. I am also lessened the rice but men sometimes I feel dizzy when not taking rice I guess I'm dependent of rice lol

Me too, Ate! I also almost fainted the first time I jogged but as I do it everyday, I get used to it. About the rice issue, been there too. There are just days that I cannot resist the existence of rice in our dining table. But, somehow, your system will get used to it! :D Mine got used to it already and I hope that before school starts, I got my 26 waistline back!

I think your weight is suitable for your height. By the way, As told by a co-worker, You can lose weight thru dieting but you can't lose weight just because of exercise. You must control your food intake. Drink a lot of water.

Hi there, If you get dizzy when you don't eat rice etc I know a few things you can do. I have shockingly low blood pressure normally and it drops dramatically when I skip on salts and sugars for diets. Firstly, drink water all day. If you up your fluids you'll have more blood and less dizziness. If that doesn't help after a day or so, when ever you feel dizzy have a sip of juice mixed with water (fresh squeezed not processed or it doesn't count toward diet) until you feel better. I like to mix two oranges and one lemon with a litre of water for when I need it. if you still feel like you're going to pass out you aren't eating enough food. You'll never lose any weight for long if you're body has to use your muscles for food. If you ate too much then work it off by doing some weights. Your hubby will notice a slimmer, more toned you, not the muscles you may have built.

Over the last 18 months I have lost 110 pounds by healthy eating and upping my walking a little.I had three good meals a day and ate plenty of protein and fruit and vegetables and also ate a little carbohydrates with all my meals. Good luck with your weight loss!!

I'm sure that you will! Remember though to not cut your food intake down too much as it is possible to eat too little - especially if you are upping your exercise. If you cut down too much your body will go into starvation mode and retain fat.

do not rush your diet. Its better that you do it slowly. This way, you can make sure that you are doing it the safe and healthy way. Just maintain what you are doing. And cut off your carbo kinds of food.
