You can eat less, but do not starve yourself, eat 4 small meals a day and chew food more than 2 times. I eat a lot but don't get overweight since i chew food so well. Drink water before eating too.

The best way would be to decrease food with high carbohydrate content.And go for a jogging.This is the best way that i know.And it has worked for me.

get lots of exercise and drink plenty of water. that is what helped me lose weight. plus, if you eat, eat smaller portions and eat healthy snacks for snacking.

One sure and effective way is to reduce the amount of your food intake every meal. Then, cut off your intake of sodas. If you can totally eliminate all carbonated drinks or artificial drinks from your diet, that would greatly make a huge difference in terms of weight loss.
