Signs before menstruation

I usually have more pimples in my face a few weeks before my period and i also have a mouth sore a few days before my period. It is so annoying, it happens every single month..

When will menstruation, my body feels pain, and fatigue. My blood pressure is also low.

OH, I never really got to check my blood pressure. I also feel a back pain all the time when it's the first few days.. maybe it;s because we are kind of bleeding from the inside.

Oh yes, the one i hate the most is having that- hurt at the back, it is unbearable sometimes.. Fortunately it does not spread to my legs.. it's like i am a pregnant woman.

I used to have problem like that before but now it changes. I will know that it will be the time of the month when raving mad hunger for sweet and salty food hits me. Even if I just ate my meal, cravings would still be there and sometimes it is really bothering because I gain weight easily.

Wow..you have different signs too...it's like a pregnant woman. Why don't you just drink juice then, it is still sweet, or candy, since they are just small.
