I started using something from the health food store called HCG - it is the Human Chorionic Gondotrophin hormone that women who are pregnant create. You can't buy the actual hormone, that is illegal. I get it in drop formation. Anyways I've lost 14.5 pounds in 29 days and 19 inches! What programs have you used to lose weight that have given you success?

It's a little strange for me.How can HCG helps in reducing weight, whereas women becomes fat when they are pregnant.Well,I still believe in diet modification and exercise as an effective way of reducing weight;unless you have hormonal problems like hypothyroidism.

People don't become FAT when they are pregnant! Good grief! They are with child. In my case having my hysterectomy I no longer had the hormones I once did. The HCG helped to remove the weight gain by increasing my metabolism as well as my removing carbohydrates, sugars and focusing on proteins, fruits and vegetables.

I don't need to watch my weight luckily. But i know a lot of people who do. And I have seen many of them be successful at it. The best thing I have seen is people cutting out salt. Salt retains water in your body. A lot of extra weight we have is really water weight. Also drink plenty of water so you can properly flush your system. Eat healthy. Fresh fruits and vegetables. If you snack a lot stop. Cut it in half at least. And just try to be more active. Even a 15 minute walk a day will do you some good. Sleep and be happy. Stress is another problem for people who can't get off the weight. At the end of the day everyone is different. Some things may work better than others for everyone. Eating healthy and being more active seems to do the trick for everyone I know. But keeping it off is a whole other issue. And remaining consistent with your diet changes.
