this actually means no shampoo. so my hair does not look great or normal at all. i am pretty shy to be seen outside with such look. i have a Perla soap. i don't know if it is good alternative for shampoo although it has natural ingredients. but i don't know if all natural or does it has some chemical also along with some natural ingredients. so now i just try to wash my hair with water with some vinegar on it. and my hair does look bit shiny and oily.

i tried not shampooing my hair for 3 days, it was fine since i always combed it. I think the hair is better without shampoo because it has harsh chemicals, conditioner is better for the hair..

but conditioners has chemicals also. and were you still able to go out with out shampooing your hair.

i don't go out when I don't shampoo my hair, only when i condition it.. Conditioners are better for summer since it protects the hair, it is not as harsh as shampoo and it repairs hair.

This is so funny but I like your honesty! Just 2 days ago when I was taking a bath I found out that I had no more shampoo. What I did, I used the body soap as my shampoo. That was my first time to try it. But it was just fine and it smells good too.

You are reminding me of my worst day when I ran out of shampoo. Good thing you have Perla. What I used is bar soap. I haven't tried using vinegar yet.
