My left eye lid blinks by itself.....You think it's strange?

Yes and it's my left eye lid or which has been blinking at it's own for the last 1 week. But now it is blinking at it's own, all the time now. Heard so many explanations or suggestions from friends/family and/or other resources. What do you think? And how can we stop this?

It will stop itself if you are not tired or nervous anymore. Try not to get focused on it, mostly you feel it more as it can be noticed by others.
