At the moment, it would have to be the Dark Tower series by Stephen King. They are total fantasy books and the first one's I have ever read. I'm normally a murder mystery reader.

The Outlander series by Diana Gabaldon, it is amazing. It is a series six of the seven books are out right now. It is time travel/romance/fiction/drama/lil bit of everything.
