I remember there are times I dream of something sad and I mean very emotional dream, I cannot remember the whole story of that dream but I was awakened feeling sad, I am crying and making a lot of drama but then I realized it was not true and there was no real reason for me to cry. It is just a dream. Last night and some other night, I dream of something scary. I was awakened by my dream, I feel my heart beat rushing, my hands and feet got very cold. It was so real but then when I completely woke up, it is just a dream. Thank God it was not real. My emotions are all useless. It is like I am watching a movie when I have a dream, surrealistic. Sometimes I have guest in my dreams, people I mingle or people I watched in TV that suddenly becomes pops up in my dreams.

I used to dream that i cried because of sadness...after that i woke up and i found that in fact i am crying, my eyes and my pillow are wet. However i didn't remember the dream content so that i continued to sleep.

Hello friend, don't worry about such dreams. It is nothing but your subconscious mind is thinking about without your knowledge. Some incidents would have impressed you, some would distracted your mind by some means, those would be appearing with your imagination mingled with. If you learn meditation you can control your mind in this wavering and could avoid such running dreams in future.

Yes, our own mind too but we cannot control our subconscious somehow.

Well, as you have said, they are just dreams and obviously they are not true. But sometimes, they do affect some people most especially if they have a heart problems. Sometimes bad dreams may trigger a heart attack. But for as long as you have a healthy heart, then you will surely just wake up and say to yourself... am I glad that it was just a dream.

Your right, it is not good for people with heart problems especially if it happens frequently. Some dreams disturb our emotions.

That happens to me as well! There are times even people you barely know appears in your dreams and pops up.. i really do not think of it that much, i guess my brain just kind registered them, like in the back of my mind and when i am asleep they are like loose information that my brain let loose and play

DReams are just dreams, they are not real. They shouldn't affect us in anyway, because if they do, we will always feel disappointed.

I think there are times when we all have had a Dream where there are a mixture of people we know either in real life, or from TV, etc. and it makes you really wonder what it might be all about. Sometimes when we are crying, or wake up crying it could be a reminder of something telling us that it is OK to feel this way, and also an encouragement maybe to move on. Or it could be remembering someone who has gone, which is ok as well. But Dreams are good so we should never quit having them.
