I also foresee that Sam will have trouble with her pregnancy because of the ordeal. She may even lose the baby. So one has to wonder if just having problems will bring Jason around or if she loses the baby will they reconcile.

Well given at the moment, they are separated because Jason can't come to terms that not only is Franco his brother, but that the baby isn't his. This a huge ordeal that I don't know if anyone could overcome.
As for losing the baby, she is showing so that tells me she is further along in her pregnancy, but I do recall that her first baby Lila Grace was stillborn and that just about put her and Sonny over the edge. I think if that were to happen again, she may not survive.
