Someone posted this on my facebook page "I love you MOM Share if you love you Mom" This gives me a little kick on my check (-_-) I love my Mom and lately forgot to tell her that "I love her" Saying "i love you " frequently sounds OA (overacting) to other, but I won't get tired of telling my mom how much I love her even if I sounds OA -whatever. Okay, if you find it hard to tell her I love you, what are your ways of showing you love your mom. To all mothers out there "HAPPY MOTHER'S DAY" Good day everyone See you later guys, going out with my kids (^_^) jaiho®- date with kids :p 5-08-2012 12:14pm Tuesday

It is nice that you can actually say i love you to your mom, this is one thing that i have not done yet. it is bugging me why but it has been that way since i was a kid. I NEVER HEARD MY MOM SAY I LOVE YOU TO ME - which hurts, yes i am scanning my brains for such memories but there isn't any, even to my brother none..and same for my dad... i do not know why. That is why i made it a point not to be that way to my kids, i tell them i love them every single day, before i go to work, before we sleep, before we do something i tell them that and even my husband i tell him that everyday even tho he would like be fed up hearing that i do not care.

I don't know why we have the same case jazel but I'm sure our parents love us even if they don't say i love you to us. My mom and dad is always at my side especially when I needed them the most, that way,I felt how much they love me.

hello jazel and cutie, I am close to my mom although I am a grandpa's girl (I grew up with my folks) For unknown reason (yes,honestly- unknown reason) something went wrong between me and my mom. This is going on for months already. She's too far and I am looking forward for the day that we will see each other in person and settle this unknown reason (gap) between us. It's really sad when perfect situation must go wrong Anyway, Happy Mothers dear moms

Same to you Jai, Happy Mother's Day too. I'm not sweet in a verbal way. I'm more on action, I never says either that I love her in words I just show it to her. I'm her provider and most of the time I took care of their needs. I respect her, I still call her and tried to visit her even she far away with my dad. I hope in this way I show her how much I love her and very much appreciated that she give birth to me, and she never neglect me and she take care of me.

hello lyn, I am not that showy too and yes, action speaks louder than words. But, honestly, when someone says i love you -ahemm- isn't too sweet and make us feel so important. Okay- not to tell we're feeling "cloud nine" (hahaha) Oho, opppss...I am going the other way already- been carried away with too much love (ahihihihi) We can always show and make our mom's feel they are special in our own little way. Sometimes a hug or a kiss is enough to tell how much we love her. Happy mothers day

My dear jai, happy mother's day! To tell you the truth my friend,I haven't said that to my mom yet vocally ever since, don't know why. I just don't feel like saying it to her but I do love her that much! I only say it through messages, hehe! We're gonna have a date this month and I will just set it on mother's day.

hello cutie, No worries with saying i love you, what matters most is your own way of showing your love. We have different ways to making our mom feel they are important. We can always show our care and love to them in many ways and like the saying goes "action speaks louder than words". but I am sure your little angel loves to say " i love u mom" Happy Mothers Day too

Hi Jaiho, Every time when I hang up the phone after talking to my mom, she always says god bless you all and take care of the kids & husband and other family members. She never says she loves me but I love telling her (I do tell her also) she is one of the greatest moms in the world. I think the time is being changed now with my children. Yesterday I prepared ‘chole’ & Puri (spicy chick peas & deep fried chapatti in small round) for dinner and my children reacted by saying at least 10 times luv u mom and I didn’t count how many kisses/hugs I got from them. Of course the dish was one of their favorites and I tried it after a long time. When I look back, every weekend my mom used to prepare those snacks and meals which is in demand by me/ my elder brother but we only reacted by saying its tasty & superb. Have a nice time with your kids.

hello viju, So, I guess you know how it feels when your kids hug, kiss and say "i love you mom" It's so sweet right? It's like music in the ear- it's like being in cloud nine. I know hugs and kisses are enough, but hearing such word gives another impact-we could hardly define. We use to do the same thing, hug, kiss and say "luv u mom" to our mom whenever she give us something. Me and my siblings are having fun when our mom give us present or something each time she comes home for a vacation (she lives abroad). And we're teasing each other like- we should kiss, hug and say more "i love you mom" so our mom will give us more Thanks and Happy Mothers Day

Happy Mother's day to all mothers out there! If I have to mention my top 10 Regrets of all time - the little time I spend with my mother- would be my top 1. Mother is gone, I can't help but always feel the emptiness. I regret giving her only a part of my time. I should have spend more time and show her that she is loved very much. I really miss her,but she is now in a better place. So to all, say "I love you Mom" while they are able to feel it. You still have time.

Hi di Though mom never said I love you (like jazel's on #1), I think I dont need her to tell me that as I can feel it. I wished she could feel the same from me. Though I keep telling her, I know it doesnt matter she would always love me the way she does and that is what makes moms - moms

sids, We have different ways of showing our love to our moms. We can show it in our own little ways. Saying the word sometimes is another thing- it's so sweet to hear when kids say those magic words. I do not often tell it to my mom either- but there were occasions that I do say "i love you" to her. A hugs or a kiss is enough to make our mom feel they are important and we love them that much. I am not as vocal as you are towards saying I Love you to my mom even with brothers and sister not for being OverActing or whatsoever but shyness LOL. Yes, I am nothing but shy son to utter those words especially in person. I rather put it in writing or call her. I may not be good in words but I show it different ways.

hello Lance, I understand that most sons do not express their love by saying the word. I have two brothers and one of them is so expressive when saying "i love you mom" to our mom- while the other is not (he is too shy ). But we can always show our love to our parents in different ways. We have our own special way of making them feel they are important and how much we love them. Don't worry, I am sure you are great with expressing it your own way. Thanks and have a great day

hello sue, Exactly! That is why we should and must make our parents know how we love them. We should always tell them how much we love them whenever we got the chance. We should express how much we care for them. We should let them feel they are the most important people in our lives. It is not over-acting for doing so- and no matter how other people see it (over-acting or over-doing) it is better than regretting things left undone and words unsaid. Thanks and have a good day - Happy Mother Day

I love my mom, too. But I do not want to tell her but want her to feel that. In new year day, I will bring my mom gift and wish her happy new year. Now i will make a phone call on the Mother's Day. I think to spend time with her is a good way to show my love with her.

hello dandano, As the saying goes "Action speaks louder than words" I agree with that, but you know- saying the word is like a song, that's my opinion. I am also a mom and when my kids says "i love you mom" that's the sweetest song ever been played. Showing our love is a great way to show and make our mom feel that they are always special. Thanks and have a good day

I don't used to express my love by telling her I LOVE YOU. Most of the time i show my love by gifting her something. Few days ago i gifted her a saree, which made her to twinkle on her face.

hello wonder, I love to have one (sari) too -ahahaha. You're great I can say. Not all kids gives something or gift to their parents. Although I know that, most kids give gift to their moms than to their dads- opss..not sure about this. But, most kids are closer to their mom (as far as I know) Anyway, giving gift or little things to our mom is one of the best way to show we love them. I am sure your mom feel so happy and believed me- you even made her cry with your gift. Thanks for the share and have a good day
