I am gonna cook mung bean soup (mongo) for dinner since my husband will only eat chicken noodle soup for dinner. So, my daughter and I will have mung beans. I was really craving for it since I haven't eaten it for a long time already, and now I cannot wait to have it later!!!
Do you like mung beans too? If you do, how do you cook it?

I like mine with dried shrimp or dried fish. Sometimes with coconut milk and ampalaya leaf on it. though I get full easily when i eat mung beans easily.

I like mung bean soup with fried galunggong (round scad) or dried fish (tuyo). I remembered when i was a child i even put sugar on my mung beans soup because my monther always putting an ampalaya leaves litter bit bitter but its very delicious and healty. I will cook this soup this coming weekends and i put bagnet I am sure my husband will loves it. Thanks for the soup idea..
