Keep your heart healthy

I read an article about foods that can harm your heart..One is the microwave popcorn..we all know that it is so good especially in watching movies..It is delicious and enjoyable to eat..but what we don't know is that it is loaded with trans fats that raises your bad cholesterol and lowers your good cholesterol..in that case, we are more prone to serious illnesses..choose healthy food mylotters!..a healthy food is a healthy life:-)

Yeah, choosing the right food is very important for one's health. Anyway, the popcorn is tasty, but I do not eat it. For some reason I do not crave it. Although, I do eat junk food every once in a while. It is too sad that many people make a habit of eating the wrong kinds of food regularly.

It seems like more and more foods are considered to be reasons for serious diseases however, a taste of the microwave popcorn does not mean we are going to have the heart disease as long as we do it moderately. I am conscious of the foods that I eat but I also eat junk food now and then. I also love the microwave popcorn including those sold in the movie houses but I think it will only result in negative effects to the health if we eat these foods every day of our life. We also need to give ourselves a treat from time to time and not only stick to vegetables. What I try to avoid are the processed foods but it is not really difficult since I have no special liking for them. I prefer vegetables and fish but I would not say no to burger and some fries as long as it is not eaten on a daily basis.
