Blackburn Rovers and WOlves

These 2 teams have both been relegated already sadly. I think that the reason for this is that the owners of the clubs changed the managers too early and replaced them with inexperience look at Blackburn Sam Allardyce was replaced with Steve Kean, and the wolves manager replaces by his assistant. Why do you think these teams got relegated? I would also like to know if you think they will come back up next season? Personally I think that neither team will come back up as going down will mean that they will lose all their best players as they will want to leave to join clubs still in the top flight.

Both teams have played well in certain matches this season and it's sad to see them leave the league. That being said, newcomers Norwich and QPR have also performed well through the season, with Norwich being in a good position in the standings. I would like to see new teams enter the league.

And I think both teams have deserved to be relegated. They have both had management mistakes taking place. For e.g. Blackburn never won the support of it's fans with the Kean angle and they were more or less doomed to fail, so that is not a big surprised. Wolves have really been woeful after the sacking of Mick McCarthy and no one else wanted the chance to lead the club. I thought Wolves management should have waited for the season to end before deciding on McCarthy. Cheers! Ram

Well it's a "don't" to make such drastic changes on football top level, since they begun with a manager change then it doesn't seem weird that they are both relegated. I can't tell though if they'll come back soon since in the Championship the level is lower so even if they lose some of their players they might still have a good team for Championship.

For Wolves, you can be sure they will be back up again pretty soon. They and WBA are those kind of clubs that are too good for the Championship but not good enough for the Premier League. As for Blackburn, I do agree that the new owners did screw up. Whether they can make it back to the top league, my guess is that they will take a while.

Steve Kean - The under-fire Blackburn manager Steve Kean has insisted his future at the club is secure, with 'exciting times' ahead - The Guardian
I am sorry to see Blackburn goes down. Whatever that Steve Kean has done, I am quite impressed with his doggedness in refusing to quit in the face of large scale protests by their own fans. At one time it seemed that their team had done enough to get out of the relegation zone. But sadly they just could not sustain their run and fell back in there eventually. I hope they will come back straight away the season after the next with Steve Kean still the manager there.
