is money earning sites really pay us ?

i am not able to understan that money earning sites really pay us or not. i have joined in few sites . and i have wasted a lots of time while by visiting this sites and i got a less amount of money in my account. premium accounts only getting more money and what about general accounts. recently 3 DAYS BACK i have joined in few sites such as NEOBUX,CLICKSENSE,PHD-BOX,BUXP,EUROBANKBUS,PTC BOX . IN MY ACCOUNTS ONLY 0.125$ ARE presend and with in how much time it would take to earn 5$ . is it time wasting are really they are going to pay maney. i am n a lots of confusion what to do . please suggest me new things to earn money in online.
