internet crisis!!!.....is it safe for everyone????

The INTERNET is a global system of interconnected computer networks that use the standard internet protocol suit to serve billions of people all over the globe.It gives an enormous flexibility to connect with the world but as per its merits it has many demerits like,Is the internet a safer place for everyone???? As per the increase in "Vulgar CONTENT" it has turned into a major crisis and what measures are to be taken to control it to a limit????!!!

Of course it's not safe for everyone. Neither is life safe. What is often overlooked is that the internet IS the same people you meet every day. It's made up of people. People like your family and friends and neighbors.
Children are not safe to walk down the street alone, first because they might get lost and secondly because they might invite danger to themselves by other people. It's the same on the internet. They should be kept in a safe place.
Teenagers need to be guided on the internet as they do in real life. Gullible people will be taken in. Suspicious people will not, but they won't make many friends. And so it goes.
