She has two beautiful baby girls Trinity is 2 and Lexi turns one July 4th. Her ultrasound was Wednesday and she is having a baby boy. She has sworn no more babies LOL I just wish I could be closer to her and help her. I am in florida and she is up at Ft Riley Kansas. Quite a drive. Long trips are very hard on my back. So I am going to go baby shopping this weekend and start getting baby boy stuff LOL It will be so much fun. Anyone else expecting a little one soon?

I'm expecting my second baby my first boy in September if I make it all the way till then. I'm 21 weeks now and will be 22 weeks this up coming Tuesday. I can't wait to make our family a 4 instead of 3. We where every surprised to find out we are having a boy my husband really thought we would only have girls because he had this crazy thought that ever since anyone on his side of his family has girls first they never have boys. He was sad last time when we found out we where having a girl but he got over that really quickly. I can't wait to meet my little guy. His big sister will be almost 2 years old when he is born.

Awww I bet your husband is thrilled! You and my daughter must be the same time to have the baby. She calculated 21 weeks and when she had the ultrasound Tuesday night They said 22 almost 23. So you will have to keep up with me and let me know when you have him? Have you and your husband decided on a name yet? My daughter has a baby girl that will turn 3 in November, and her baby girl will turn 1 on July 4th. I told her she will have this one on Labor day LOL My son's baby daughter was born on Jan 1st. So it seems we are taking up the holidays on my grandchildren LOL Please stay in touch you just made this more exciting knowing you and her are having one so close together!.

So she is due in September. Tomorrow I turn 22 weeks but I'll probably have this one in August depending on his size. Yes we have picked out his name. It's Joseph Dillian or we call him JD. My daughter was born Jan of 2011 so she is just over a year and will be turn two at the end of Jan. She missed both of my brothers birthdays one by two weeks and the other by a few hours. She wasn't due for a whole but has to come early neither of our choices. So I can have my little guy any time between 13 to 17 weeks now. I'll know more at my next visit next week when I might be having him for sure.

I know how you feel about having grandkids that are quite a distance from you. I do also and it makes me feel as though I've missed so many of the cute times the grandkids have been involved with or just watching them grow. We are in Missouri and two of our g-kids are in New Mexico. Because of my back, I certainly can relate to your back problem, I can't sit in a car for long periods of time. We do have four grandkids who live near us so that's fun. Our daughter has a baby girl who is 7 weeks old and I've been told this will be the last grandbaby. It's easier for me to send money and tell our daughter to buy something for the kids then it is for me to shop and send things. It works even though it's not quite as personal. The kids understand it's from their grandparents. All the best to you and your family.

I live in St. Louis and one of our daughters lives in St. Charles. Both my husband and I were born and raised in St. Louis. We met in grade school. Hope you are able to meet your last grandbaby. They are just so much fun.

Wow you mean I finally met someone from my home state? I was born and lived in Missouri til I went in the Army. What area are you in? My parents lived in St Louis, Wentzville, and finally settled in St Charles. My daughter is at Ft Riley Kansas. I have not gotten to meet my last grandbaby yet in person. She will be one on July 4th. I may try to fly out and rent a car for a couple days. I usually go to Carters and get their clothes they ship it fedex straight from the store. I just found out that Old Navy ships clothes free as long as you buy 50.00 worth. I did that a month ago and got my 2 year old granddaughter 6 outfits for summer. then I went online to Target and they had the same deal buy 50.00 and get free shipping so they actually get outfitted better than trying to buy stuff in the stores. Although its fun to go to the stores and pick out something I get to see LOL Yea my illnesses do not tolerate a long drive anymore. Thanks and hope to hear where you are from in Missouri.

Hi Hatley. I made the trip to Ft Riley when I went to bury my mom in the national cemetary in St Louis to be with my dad. it was not a bad trip going up. But coming back I hurt so bad I did not know if I was going to have to stay in a hotel and have John come and drive me back home. I have spinal desinegration and a nerve empingment. With that sitting to long throws my fibro into H**L. I have not gotten to see my baby granddaughter she had last year. I am going to see if John would take me this fall. While he likes to go to his home state, doing things for me like this is not his forte. I may try to fly out for a a couple days and just rent a car. Not sure yet. She is due end of August early Sept. So guess I will plan accordingly LOL. I sometimes wish I could have stayed a bachelorette I would have deffinately put my twenty years in the Army Have a great day.
