You can use a website that provides pre-made blog templates, such as blogger or live journal. Once you join, they have an area dedicated to designing your blog, with pre-made templates, so all you have to do is pick which type of design you like, and they will create the blog for you. There are also tons of websites that have codes you can use in blogger or live journal, that provide more elaborate designs than the ones the websites offer.
