you should go out and grip those guitars in your guitar shop and then you will know whether the guitar is good or not by simply gripping its arm :D

Depends on whether or not you want an acoustic or an electric. If you want an electric it also depends on what type of music you're going to play. For jazz or blues I would recommend a fender stratocaster. For country music I would recommend a fender telecaster. For heavy metal I would recommend a ESP type guitar. And for Rock and Roll I would recommend a Gibson SG or Les Paul. If you are on a budget I recommend squire or epiphone guitars.

It depends where you are, if you're in Australia I can recommend a good guitar which I recently bought on ebay Australia. I bought it from ozplaza.living It was a 96.5cm (38") guitar. It also included a guitar tuner, guitar strap, 2 guitar picks, guitar bag and a guitar stand. I got it for $59.90 including postage.
