U should give more details! Maybe your browser is slowing because you must be having a slow processor.
Another possible reason is that you may be having too many operations open at once, or your computer may be affected by viruses.
Rest assured, Mozilla Firefox is an amazing browser.

Mozilla did not response sometimes due to the PC system error usually caused by hardware malfunction (low spec) or you can try first update javascript platform.
