Friday I went to lunch with my Granddaughter at Panera Bread Company. She had a hot Frontega Chicken which is Smoked & pulled white meat chicken, mozzarella, tomatoes, red onions, chopped basil & chipolata and mayonnaise on Focaccia bread. I tasted it and it was so good. I may have it the next time have lunch there. I had a Fresh mozzarella, roasted & fresh tomatoes, fresh basil and all-natural sun-dried tomato pesto on Ciabatta. It was just as good as the sandwich my granddaughter chose. Before we left I bought a loaf of tomato and basil bread and a loaf of Asiago Cheese. This bread is made with sour dough and lots of Asiago cheese on top. They can be a little pricy but worth it since I can't knead bread any more. We like the tomato bread toasted and I thought it would make lovely bacon, lettuce and tomato sandwiches. Last night we cooked the bacon in the oven which we had never done before. Then toasted tomato bread and made our BLTs. They sure were good on the tomato basil bread. Now I want to try tuna salad on the bread. I like the Asiago bread toasted.

We love Panera! I like to get the soup in a breadbowl. I always bring a bagel pack home for the family too. Cannot beat it.

Hello Trvl. as I told Amber above I usually get the cheddar cheese and broccoli soup in a bowl with the piece of french bread. That always fill me up. This time I decided to try something different.

The last time I was there I had the Asiago Roast Beef sandwich. I hadn't been there for over a year, but for my birthday in March, my parents took me. Their food is so good. I love their Asiago bread more than anything. I wish they cost less than they do. But the quality is amazing.

Hello Ambie. I usually have the cheddar cheese an broccoli soup in a bowl along with a piece of french bread. They have the burger joints beat all over the place.

I like Panera Bread but it's too pricey for me. You get really, really good food, though, so it's worth it. I love Asiago cheese, it's delicious. Kroger makes Asiago cheese bagels that are like a little piece of heaven. I get one or two every once in awhile. They're so good that you don't need anything on them, just toast and enjoy.

They do have very good food. We don't go often but it is a real treat when we do. I only buy the bread about once a month. But it is so good.
