Sometimes annoyed with your co-employee?

Do you get annoyed with your co-employee in your department? In our department we only consist of 4 person (2 assistants including myself, 1 stock man and 1 supervisor, we could do our jobs even if there are only 4 of us. One of them really annoys me, specially when she says something she suddenly laughs. Its like she wanting the attention of other employees. I'm not saying that it is bad or what, but she can say something without laughing like that. I think its just her habit to do that and I don't know how to tell her that but sometimes its funny when she does it.

Sometimes. There was a co-employee that used to patronize me because I was part time and she was full time, even when she was no manager or boss of me, she was an EQUAL!!!. Once it was the start of my shift and the end of hers and told me off in front of the customers because she said I was wasting my time when I was just doing something that takes me 20 secs to do and would have saved me 3 minutes later.

Well, dear friend, your speech I fully understand it. Often, the workplace, personal relationships with colleagues, are hardly ever as we would like. Having said this, I think, after you, to the present day must be considered lucky to have a job. With the global crisis that we now work safely is increasingly "scarce commodity". Think of my case, 37 years, still unemployed!
