I get so tired easily. I feel like staying home all day and not to go to work anymore. If only I don't need the money, I will quit working. LOL. I want to be absent at work but I should not. I need money, money and money. If only I was born rich or born with good skill in business. I want to own my time. Lucky to those who have their own business and born wealthy.
I am too weak these days. Please give me some energy. I need to be active all the time.

hahah, don't think too much of money, take a rest and then you may have more idea of earning money more.
Take it easy.... earning money is not easy but convert it becoming your hobby, you won't be tired because of earning money more.
Have a nice day then!

I can't help thinking about money. Probably there has something to do with financial problems.

Oh and you are only 27, long ways from retirement. Upon first reading your discussion i thought maybe you were closer to my age of 56. I feel im ready to retire now i just keep counting the years before i can retire. I have my own cleaning business but dont feel lucky about that. Im not earning much. After 2 days of carrying the vac up and down many steps for 2 days my back was aching from arthritus so bad i had to take aspern at least 3 times before it easied up. Its thursday now and still kind of hurts. Just wish i could retire now.

Hiya tess,
Not surprised about you getting tired with all what is going on around us it gets to us all working or not.
I have just had to find the energy to take the Dog for yet another walk because it has been raining and out the back is like a muddy Race Track.
However once I got walking it was only the Rain that brought me back in again and I have worn the Dog out before I got tired.
So I will send you some of my energy if I don“t lose my rag I have always got lots of energy.
However if you need to rest try doing so even if its only ten minutes it will make all the difference I can tell you.
Also try changing your routine a little as well this often gives you an energy lift doing something out of the ordinary can lift your spirits a bit.
Feel better soon.xxx

Hi. Try eating foods that are a good source of protein.
The other thing that might be slowing you down is stress. Do you feel stressed out due to work and need for $? I often do so I try to listen to music that would either calm me down or 'understand' how I feel and sometimes that does help. Working out--that helps too. A hobby? Perfect!
Just try a few things and see what works. You may need to change it around a bit every so often though.
Good luck!

I know why I get tired so easily, and it is because of my health. In fact, a lot of it might have to do with your health. Also, you are so focused on making money, and you are stressing yourself out over it. It would be great if we could all be born rich, but the truth is that we are not.

Here are some suggestions:
Lots of fresh fruit and vegetables.
Lots of fresh air, and some sunshine.
Walk barefoot as often as you can, as the planet Earth gives you the healthy electrons that we all need. See the discussion I started about walking barefoot.
Try to get to the beach and walk in the sand and swim in the water when you can, a lake, river or in the ocean. It also gives you energy.
You may have iron deficiency, so eat honey, parsley and grapes or raisins every day.
Avoid white sugar, it makes you tired in the long run.
Breathe deeply when you are outdoors.
Try to see the fun in life and laugh and smile as much as possible.
Have a good life, and see the positive sides of it!!

OK-well, you look much younger than me, so I am wondering what kind of work you do that exhaust you so much. Is your boss stressing you out? Are you taking vitamins, eating right? Also, do you get a chance to exercise? If you excercise,it's proven to help the body relieve and adapt to stress. Also, ginseng and ashwaganda are herbs that are adaptogens. They help the body relieve and adapt to stress. For some reason, myLot thinks the words:mylot, ashwaganda and adaptogens are mispelled. Well, I know my spelling is correct. Just 80 milligrams of ginseng per day has been proven to counteract stress. Also, are you sleeping enough? Not getting enough sleep has been tied to higher blood pressure. Avoid caffine 12 hours before bedtime. Caffeine stays in your body for 12 hrs. I hope this helps.

You need to check your blood count and if it is low then you need to enrich it by some foods that contain such as spinach, liver, etc.

I think about ninety five percent of our problems would really be solved if we didn't need money. Alas however we do and there are just times where it is going to be a problem. Where it is going to beat us down mentally. There are just times where I have a lot on my mind, and while I seem to be getting sleep, there is just nearly not enough time in the day, so when I work I have to work twice as hard and burn energy twice as fast.
Of course, a lot of the time, I just keep myself so obscenely busy that I don't have time to think about how tired I am. Keep myself and my mind occupied because when my mind becomes rather relaxed, then it starts thinking thoughts and it is hard to get motivated if I realize too much that I am tired. Granted, we all have our limits but when things need to be done, that's something that becomes a roadblock that will need to be knocked away.

Hello tess, just like you, one of my driving force to go to work everyday is the money that I am earning. But then again, I make it a point that if I feel like I am burning out, I take a rest to rejuvenate and reclaimed my lost energy. It is true that having plenty of money is very rewarding but workers like us should also consider our health. I suggest that you take lots of vitamins and eat plenty of food which can be a good source of energy sch as proteins and carbohydrates. Do it in moderation of course. Good luck to us.

I think we are in the same situation. Seeing things like we are the only person on earth that is working tooooo hard for a living. We need work just to have money to buy almost everything. At the end of the day, we are the ones exhausted. I think, we need a much needed "off" even for a day or two to regain some more energy. Refocus - plan for a weekend getaway. Try to find a way to exercise - have a 20 minute walk on the park everyday, release the tension, sweat and replenish with enough fluids. Always remember that exercise can help in the circulation of fluids in our body. Also, eat some energy giving foods - that are rich in Vitamin B. And most of all, please don't forget to have some sleep - 6 to 8 hours a day will do - for sure you will be more energetic and in a good mood the following day. Good luck and be healthy

I think that everyone wishes that they didn't have to do work, but the sad fact is that unless you win the lottery, there isn't all that much that you would be able to do about it. I work from home, and have done for a while now, and this means that I can work to my own time limits with regards to the amounts of work that I have to get done during the course of an average day. This is good for me because it means that I can set my own pace, but it also means that I don't get paid if I choose to take a holiday, and that is one of the bad things about working for yourself that I wish could be different.

Being tired all the time can be caused from several things, most of all your diet. You may need some additional supplements to help you cope, such as vitamin b complex, vitamin d or even some mineral supplements. I take calcium with magnesium and zinc at night to help me sleep and the magnesium does help a bit with the energy level during the day. Also sometimes I am low on potassium and taking a few tablets help.
It can also be hormonal. Good luck with that. As of now, there is still a debate going on within the medical community of what is high and what is low. There is knowledge the hormone chart is wrong, and more people are suffering from hormonal problems than they had realized in the past, but they do not know how to chart it.
Hopefully for you it is not hormonal and you can find something to give you the boost of energy you need. If you have time in the morning take a brisk walk for 20 minutes. If not then when you are finished working. Just get your heartrate up for at least 20 minutes a day, you may feel better.

Sadly, those who are born rich aren't that lucky too since they have responsibilities in the future and may have to take over the business one day.
Sometimes life may be tiring , but it is also fun- since you can meet your friends and buy stuff for your family and stuff you like with the money you earn.
