what should i do?

I'm really starting to like this guy but he likes someone else whom he has known for a long time compared to me whom he only knows for like a month. Should I tell him before he leaves that I like him or just skip the idea of it?

There is nothing wrong telling what you feel for someone but can you take whatever the consequences your actions will be, I mean if you tell him and the feelings are not mutual will be that fine with you?
Anyway it takes lot of courage to do that but best of luck for you

the story of my life! if you really cared about him why not start a friendship and take it from there. from then you can determine if you really feel strong about him. don't rush! but it wouldn't hurt to let him know you are there.

If you feel the need to tell him how you feel you can do it. Since he is leaving you have nothing to loose or?
For the rest I would advice you (no matter if you tell him about your feelings or not) go on with your own life, set your own goals, if he feels the same for you as you do for him you two will be together one day. There is a time for everything.

Well, i don't know what will you do, but if i were you, i will let him know what i am feeling about him. So if he just have the same feeling like i do, then that's perfect, but if he don't have feelings about me, then we can still be friends, and i will have no regret about this.
