Train the sensitivity of the palm of the hand

- Looking for a central point on the palm of the hand (if pressed, felt in all the fingertips).
- Confronted with both hands (starting from the closest distance, do not touch).
- Do a natural respiration.
- Collect the energy on the in breath.
- Concentration on both hands that have been confronted, at the time holding my breath.
- In the exhaled breath, circulate energy in both hands, to go out through the palms.
- Repeat.
- Try to feel, is there a sting in your palms?
- The sting marks the palm of your hand has been active.
- Renggangkan the distance between the palms of your hands.
- Repeat the steps above. Do you still feel the sting of it?
- The farther the distance between the palms of the hands, the more sensitive.
