About Clixsense upgrading from balance

Hello Friends
After launching tasks and offers, clixsense is good site for the fast online earning. Even free members can earn quite fast so currently not planning for upgrading..
But I have just checked upgrading page now. We can also upgrade our account through our clixsense balance. Now upgrading price for a year is 17$. Currently I am having more than 16$ in my account, but they are showing that I can take only 15$ from my account and other i have to take from some payment processor.
Why so? Can't we use more than 15$ from our clixsense account balance for the upgrading account? If not then why?

I did not know that there was a maximum you could take away from your balance at clixsense. I seem to remember that my upgrade was only $15. I paid it half with my balance and half with my own money. Fortunatly I had some money at alertpay (I try to use it as soon as I have it) so I paid the difference with that. Luck for you.

Currently upgrading price is 17$.. But I don't want to upgrade. But I am just curious why I can only use 15$ from 16$ for upgrading.. Is there any limitation? May be or may be not.. May be on upgrade page the earnings haven't been updated.. or I will ask them directly on forum tomorrow. I am earning good as free member too (with tasks and offers).. So no need for upgrade for now.
I am using very slow internet connection, still able to make 1$(sometimes) in just a hour..

This is something new. I always heard that we can use our account balance to upgrade our account
one 17th May this user upgraded his account from his account balance and today is 19th so why can't you

may be you need to ask this in there forums also so that the admin or Mod can tell why ?

Try withdrawing portion of it and upgrading with that money. But, Paypal...? No way for Indians.
I'm so dumb in regard to clixsense updates. Don't they have alertpay?

They have payza(alertpay) too.. Currently I am not in mood of upgrading account..But when I checked upgrading page I found this weird thing. I mean why I can't use my total account balance for the upgrading account..
Surely we can withdraw and then upgrade, but withdraw money will cost fee.
) my balance is way above $17 now and you may check what I see on screenshot below..

I got the answer from one user on clixsense forum about this query..
Clixsense not allow us to invest less than 2$ from any payment processor.. So if they will allow 16$ from my balance to invest then remaining balance is only 1$ which will be take from any payment processor, and that's not allowed.. So that's why I can only use 15$ from my balance and 2$ from any payment processor.. But i can use 17$ all when I reached to 17$ for upgrading.
