PAYPAL Customer's Service is a headache!

I reported a problem with Paypal Customer Service about my purchases I made from Apple app store and NOT having to see what I purchased on my paypal account history. Yet, I get to see all purchases I made on iTunes.But, NOT on Paypal. I only get to see my purchases I mad from Blackberry Appworld. So, I already owe Apple a LOT! But Its not my fault that they are not deducting my purchases from my paypal Balance. But all their CS email reply to me are so unhelpful.They did not address my concern at all, but only repeated what I had just said on my report to them about my problem. Who here also had a same experiences with Apple or Paypal?

I am currently trying to find a solution to my Alertpay account. For the last one month, I not been guided accordingly and as for now, I cannot access my Alertpay account. I just think when it comes to any transcations or anything that concerns money, they need to be faster and efficient in what they do.

They have to train their customer service people well, so that they could really help people out. CS, should should help since its what they are called anyway, its part of their job description.
