i just happen to eat local chilli pepper. it is the long green one. i don't know how it is called . anyway, i accidentally chew on it as i was too in hurry to eat the fish and i ate along a portion of the chilli pepper. it was so hot that i would like to scream. not all of the chilli pepper are that hot. but this one is hot. so i didn't expect i would feel that burn on my tounge. i thought i would be able to chew it without feeling burned on my tounge like before. the burning sensation lasted for about 5 minutes.

Drink some milk or eat some yogurt to take the burning sensation away. Water won't help much.

That is not a problem because consuming some chilli peppers could cure your ulcer. It is a cure for hypertension and lowers your blood circulation. It helps you sleep well and also help your body to release your body waste liberally. You are so alarm upon chewing a piece if pepper in your mouth, that you have felt the hotness it produced.
That is not a problem by drinking a glass of milk the burning sensation of chilli would be erase instantly at just a second.Try it and I am sure you would be surprise.
