Do you join Magazine contest?

I am a subscriber of a local magazine and for 2 years of subscription I haven't joined even a single contest that they offer. I think for all the magazine that I have read, there is always a "be the lucky reader", "tell us your story" or something like that where a reader/subscriber can win some packages or cool stuff. I haven't tried joining in this kind of promotional advertising and maybe will try it today. Do any one here avidly join in this kind of magazine promos?
