is there a perfect cure for migraines?????

HELLO,i have a serious case of migraine and the worst part is that i am staying in a hostel far from my home and when migraine strikes i feel like collapsing and omitting,thus seeing my pain the warden always calls my father and made to taken me home as a result my learning time is being limited and my father need to come about 85km on train to pick me up.....i am trying different drugs but none shows lasting effects....any idea how to get rid of this...

the original cause of the migraine has to be ascertained. many times it may be due to blood pressure or constipation etc. if possible go to the nearby temple when you feel you may get head ache and pray to your favourite God. drink water/coffee/tea and that will be refreshing for you. perhaps you find your studies very tiresome or difficult and that causes migraine. take things not seriously. try to come out of hostel and breath fresh air.

i think you are right and within this year i will quit my hostel life, it feels like a minor prison.

you do not like the rules, food, people their way of treating you. that is the reason. you want to change next year. till such time accept it with the hope this will come to an end soon. start every day morning with this phrase yes one day of hostel life over. i am happy.
