I'm really confused about the truth. My sister has high grades of her eyes than mine but she never wear her eyeglasses often because she said it will just make the grades high. My aunt also said that she wear her eyeglasses that way the grades wont grow high. What is really the truth about it?

As a man wearing glasses,I'd have to say that your aunt's words are correct.Wearing glasses can help our eyes keep working well.Actually, wearing glasses can decrease the grades sometimes. My grades hasn't grown since about seven years ago. There is one thing you should pay attention to,if you want to wear glasses. The thing is that you should do an accurate test about your eyesight to make sure what your grades is.Higher or lower than the real condition can lead to the increase of grades while you're wearing it.I suggest you do the check in a hospital instead of the glasses stores, for they are usually not so professional. But you should know that it's not so convenient sometimes if you wear glasses. When you take part in sports, you may need to take it off.And you might feel not comfortable wearing something on your nose and ears.If your grades is not so high,I suggest you to try to recover your eyesight(It's possible if you take good care of your eyes).Anyway, hope this can help you, friend!

Your eyes are constantly changing. If you wear glasses a lot your eyes become dependant on the lens to correct your vision. Hence they are also called corrective lenses. As you get older, the only way is downhill, wearing corrective lenses can only help.
