Apart from being a healer and consultant company, I was part of a community of musicians. Some of them are poor, because the singing and playing music on the streets is not a lot of money. I was lucky, because I occasionally sing while playing music in the cafe. I also got money from healing people, as well as from companies that need management consulting. Every now and then I gave some money to them, but I think it's not educational. Do you have any idea that they are better, if they were a mediocre education?

You're lucky musician sofyan, you should help other musicians who still with unlucky condition like you.By give the money i think is good for first step and show your attention. But beside that, maybe you can collect them and create a community. You're already have an access to playing music in the cafe. You can ask them to play with you in the cafe,as guest star or additional players.Course you have to get permission with cafe manager. With that way you already teach them and help with your ways.In the future,i am sure they're not forget your kindness.

Your idea, I've already done. However, on average they are not far-sighted ahead. They just think to get easy money, don't want to work hard, and don't want to hone their skills. Anyway, they don't have the vision and mission.

maybe people poor becouse of a poor family and was born of lack education on them, so they are very difciult to get adequate jobs and earn money becouse there are jobs for them, but we can help them by giving any jobs training or any form of workshop or other job that could support him self with decent future and not think to find better job, if we were already mentally lazy in a person then we will always be used to depend on other in his life if too much in such a destructive way of live community.

Yes, having a job is the solution. But among them there is a desire to work in music, or relating to music, and refused to work in the field of another (such as the arrogant reaction). Thank you for sharing ..
