What is the best way to make extra money online?

I'd like to know the best way to make money online, I'm tired of scams and gimmicks that waste my time. Anyone and everyone that can help me find a good "credible" website/program that would help me to earn a good supplemental income would be appreciated. I want to be able to set something up that requires low maintenance.

Suraj7nov: yes, you can guide but the good point is that it's up to them to follow your instructions ;) I've had many downlines that I was trying to help but they were just complaining and not taking action... should I or you do all the work?
