she is the worst, she said she wants to get her son back since she knew what she made was a mistake.. but then it was revealed later that she just wanted her son back to help her work since her live in partner isn't.. 
They even said the person who took care of the child didn't raise him well since she is a lesbian.. The nerve...

In our law here, still the biological mother has the right to her son. But sometimes, they will let the son decide whether he wants to go to her mother or the one that raised him.
I think there is a little bit of discrimination in the issue, they said that becasue the one that raised her son is a lesbian, he was not raised well. It can be already seen to her son if he was not raised properly. He might stow away from the lesbian if she wasn't took care of him properly.
I think she has to let her son think first and accept what has been revealed about his personality.
Maybe you are right that the biological mother just want to show how to be a mother for all the years that she wasn't with him.

That will be really unfair for the adoptive mother as well as the son. However, according to the law, if he was not legally adopted, his biological mother has the right for her son.
Considering the son, you are right, he is old enough which way he will go. I just hope this issue was already resolved.

Her motive was revealed.. She said since her live in partner would not help around the house and would not help her in her job.. she realized that she made a mistake in leaving his son and decided to get him , maybe he can help..so selfish.

Wow!! This is unreal, and if her son really thinks he is wanted there, and says he is Happy there, who really knows. This woman sounds pretty Low and sick to me, but anymore women continue to do some Crazy things expecting to continue to get help.

The son stayed with his adoptive mother.. and when his bio mom tried to hug him, he even blocked her.. I bet he;s angry.. but he was rather calm. I just hope they could sort this out, but i think he could never love his bio mom ans much as he loves the one who took care of him.

The kid is no longer a kid.
He is mature and dependent enough to decide for himself.
I am sure the mother can't do anything if her son won't allow her to be a part of his life.
19 years is too long, and the son knows what is best for him.

:( That's quite sad. For me, as a mom, being away from my children really makes me like dying. Well, I cannot judge this mom for just the revelation of getting her son for her own sake and I just don't know why. All I know is, a mom will always be her mom,whether the decision she made was wrong, still I know deep in her she longs for his son and has suffers a lot.

There's nothing wrong if the one who took care with him is a lesbian, as long as she takes care of him well. If that lesbian is such an irresponsible guardian then it's up to his son if he would stay or not.
They are right, he is old enough to decide.

19 years? That's no longer a child! She no longer has rights to him and he is old enough to decide whatever he wants for himself. Also, yeah! for lesbians raising a child.

Yes, that was what the lawyer in the show said too. The child wasn't even happy at all to see the biological mother but the woman was permitted to visit her child every now and then.. I hope she tries to make up for the lost years and not just for money or convenience.
