There are 3 guys who become formal employees in my department today. In fact they have been working in my department since last year, but they was not formal employees yet.
They did pass an exam, both writing and interviewing, and formally become staffs in my department. They are so happy with it and they invite all young guys in my department going out together for lunch.
I am happy for them too..and happy with fee lunch today...

Anytime you are invited out for lunch with a Group to where you know you do not have to pay for it, especially when it is somewhere nicer, it is a Good thing. From time to time where I work we have a Supervisor who decides to bring in something special or one of the Cab drivers brings in something, and it is nice for sure.

ya, i love a feeling when know that i am invited for fee lunch with a group...we can talk, eating...and i don't have to pay...i am really really happy for it.
I am happy to know that sometime you get it also...

I love to see it when little things make people happy. I guess many people these days would be over the moon if they got the chance of a free lunch

Not bad, and next time - it should be a full dinner :p
I remember my office days too when someone got bonus- he/she would treat the whole team.
Our supervisor always treat us every payday because our team is always on the top list.
Not a bad consolation then.

I love free lunch especially if there is something to celebrate about. I hope I could say that I also got a free lunch today, but apparently there's no celebration happened at the office but then the next few days will be full of birthday celebration so I am looking forward to it.

Good that you are happy for them ryanong, in our department one also became a formal employee, she used to be a trainee here an OJt now she is in her probationary period.

I'm so happy for you are enjoying yourself working with them. A good ambiance is such a good place to work out. Enjoy working and have lots of free lunch soon. LOL..
