What is the best Computer build for Diablo 3?

I have been doing lots of research about this. I always end up finding something that I like the price, but not the performance. I don't need anything that is super overkill to play diablo 3, but at the same time I want to be able to have the option to play other games if I want, possibly new games. I'm looking to build a new gaming computer that can play diablo 3 on high settings on a decent resolution for a good price. There are a lot of options out there, so I would just like some opinions about this. I don't want to spend more then $700, and I'd prefer even less. I want a decent computer, any suggestions?
