Please help me where I should write

There is a bit of confusion in my mind over writing for web sites. I know a couple of web sites which pay upfront. However, one of the sites that I write pays so-so - there rates aren't too high. However, the other web site pays healthy. But the fact is that they have stricter guidelines and we have to write only on the topics they allot us. Please tell me which site I should go for.

Hi Abhi I like to write freely , means only on my interest related subject so that I can write properly. So I have only joined sites where I can write on any topic. I know that few sites like you mentioned on which we can get paid more by writing on there topics, but it is little hard for the starter like me. So if you can write properly for those sites which pay more then you should go for it... Or you can build your collection at EC and earn more as they are paying good, you should know more than me..

That's what I am also looking to do - writing freely and that too of only my interest. I have found out that it doesn't take much time to write even a 500 word article on a topic of our interest. Secondly, we don't need to get through a lot of research as well. My question was directed at only choosing a site and not writing what I am forced to write. In a matter of few days you had earned more than $7 on exposeknowledge, shows you are certainly not a starter. Or even if you are, you won't take a lot of time having hundreds of articles online soon. As far as building a collection of articles on a site like EC is concerned, I already have 250+ articles there. I am also uploading some fresh content there. But I think, I can have some articles going on hubpages first and then take the same on EC. As far as I know, HP allow their content to be published on other sites. And yes, I was certainly flattered by your last sentence

Your EC earnings keep changing ??? They are increasing - do you mean to say so? If you are active and have quality articles, the earnings will certainly increase. Mine are increasing too. As far as HupPages are concerned, I wrote about 10-12 articles there and then left off. I was not sure, if I would get paid for the pageviews too. And by the way, as far as I know, HP allows the articles to be published on other sites that are already published with them. So, it is very much like Triond. I think, I will have to go find if HP pays for page views too. But my instinct tells me that they do not.

Hello, you have enough experience of writing job. Remember any site which pay hight rate it will have tough guidlines and terms and conditions. Also remember it that in writing field job provider is master. he is always right. If some one reject your writing you have noting to say.

Just because we know each other you are saying that I have got some amount of writing experience behind me. I agree with you. The sites that pay high, will also expect quality write-ups. The boss is always right and the clients who provide us the work are the 'virtual' bosses. So, I guess, we don't have much to say if the articles are rejected.

I would like to suggest you a website where you can write for cash. Have you heard of iwriter.com? It's a good writing site. They don't pay instant to your Paypal account since all your earnings are accumulated first in your account before you can request for a payout, but it does pay. I personally used the site to have some articles written for me, and I can say, it's a good site.

Thanks, but I am already a member there. However, sometime back, I heard that as the number of writers there is growing, it is difficult to land a job. The site was a good one and paid good - that's what I heard. But I do not know the current status of the site.

The site that you are describing is knoji right? Well you can double your income from knoji by republishing it to expertscolumn. EC accepts republish articles and knoji allows their writers to republish article after 30 days.

Nope, I was not talking Knoji. By the way I found the site to be okay initially when they turned from factoidz to knoji. I got 6 articles published in a row. However, for really uncertain reasons to me, they rejected a couple of articles I submitted after that. So that is not really a choice for me at the moment. I uploaded the same articles on other sites that paid upfront. So, the articles didn't go waste.

There is a website that allows you to sell your articles. Constant Content. It's a bit hard for me to get there, my first article was rejected and my account got suspended permanently. Yeah, they are very strict. But if you a good writer, try to sell your articles there. Good luck ^^

I think Constant Content is the same as Yahoo? I am not sure about this. But there is a name change in one such writing site. I don't remember the same now. But anyways, yes it is hard to earn there in fact, it's hard to get approved, I heard. But those who are performing well, are earning well too.

You should give Yahoo Contributors a shot. It's yahoo so you know they pay. They have upfront payments or they pay by how many views you get. it's a good thing to look into if you like to write.

Yahoo Contributors does not pay Indian writers. This is the information as far as I know. So have there been any latest changes? I have heard a lot of this site, but unfortunately, cannot join it.
