If you had not heard anything from the task owner within a reasonable time (say, 7 days, at the most), then you should report the task or contact admin using the contact link at the bottom of the page.

You can also send a PM to GoAskAlice http://www.mylot.com/goaskalice
I don't believe he deals with tasks but he will pass the message on.

Eh, A task should only be reported 7 days after it's expiration date. People like me sometimes put up tasks and may set them for two months from now.. and not check them for two months. I am not ignoring anyone but a task is a task. I do pop in quick every now and then and try to field questions but I usually make my tasks clear enough for the given user that rarely do I have to answer questions in relation to understanding them.

I should have asked whether swapmind has tried to contact the Task Creator.
"Some tasks may be accepted right away and others may take some time. Its important to be patient, especially with tasks that are complicated or have a lot of text – but if you feel like your task may have been forgotten, you can always send a myLot message to the task creator about your task."
On the other hand, Task Workers are advised:
"What should I do if my task is still pending?
That depends on how long it has been pending. We recommend you wait at least a week before contacting a Task Creator about a pending task."
I understand, of course, that Task Creators may have many other things to do but, at the same time, especially if the task is a fairly simple one, a Task Creator should understand that Task Workers are eager to be paid as soon as possible and should check their tasks regularly, even if the expiration date is a long time ahead.
I think that it is quite unreasonable to expect any Task Worker to have to wait for two months until their task is either approved or rejected.

No. I rarely response the tasks on Mylot.com. I tried them two times. The result is well.

Has the task time ended? For Mylot Tasks I run I tend to leave them up for long extended periods of time and come back close to the task end date.

When I was just new here, I performed some tasks. But when I experienced something weird, from then on I never take some task again. What happen then was, someone put up a task of just viewing a website and wait for some time. As easy as that. So, it attracted a lot. But when I tried it, I noticed my computer was so busy that looks like some files are being download or inserted to my computer. I don't like it, so I immediately aborted it.

Did you check to see how many of the tasks are being allocated? And how long the task will be available to take? Some leave tasks up for 30 days or any amount of time, and pay once all the tasks are completed and the time period is up.
