He was mylotting at work as his boss steps out of the office. He is doing it all the time. Same thing as what I'm doing but for one thing not in common. This what happened:
He tried mylotting as he opens the window. Funny topic that he did was; "My boss just stepped out" and suddenly his coworkers are now starring at his back as his lady boss stands at his back. Remorsed, she scolded him and informed him that this is going to be the least time for him to make it up.
We chat just now and informed him that whenever he's attempting to post at mylot (or open it) at the very least try to look sideways and make sure that his work is already done before doing other non-work related. And; if you're still in doubt doing it online; do it at home instead where no one's going to scold you from doing it ^_^-)

He has to practice his alt+tab finers more, as well as the eye on the sides and and the back of his head! HAHAHAHAHA!!!!

Tell your husband he needs more eye and hand coordination; like better multitasking.
Oh and not to mention about delegation of tasks; he can actually do it later as soon as he HAD MADE SURE that his boos is not around.

I agree. Mylot is addictive. It's everywhere; even in my web browser of my phone :)
There are great times in which I am now thankful I have the opportunity to do something when I'm not busy during the day. Atleast it is more worthwhile than going to Facebook and such ^___^-)

I can't help thinking your friend's workload must be a bit light, if he can afford to take the time to post on MyLot. He'd better watch out - in times like this, companies are naturally going to be looking at ways of saving money, including cutting down on staff.

Exactly. The lady boss wouldn't think twice of tearing him alive and terminate him but of course since in a company manpower count is still the basic tool for sucess; she gave him one last time to do work. I guess he should be careful next time; or if he's going to do it; do it in a way it will be discreet to the boss' knowing.

He must be very attentive and quick to switch to another tab whenever he feels someone's around. I come to myLot too when there is no one around me in the office but I don't consume much time here because I know that it is not really good. Sometimes myLot can take all our attention that we tend not to feel if someone;s coming or lookign at us. So yeah better do it at home once caught.

That's what I am doing so far. I even have my browser windows properly proportion so when I switch windows using alt+tab it gives the impression that I'm chatting to a customer and not by in another website.
Alt+Tab works wonders but with proper practice.
