I know most women in thirties usually tend to look after their skin in order that they look younger. If you want to maintain your beauty, you should always consume fruits and vegetables, especially the ones containing beta-carotene as fruits and vegetables that contain beta-carotene cleanse your skin and get rid of old and dead skin cells, and promote skin regeneration. What's your take my dear mylotters? Am I right about it? I hope I am.
When you reach the ages of forties, you will deal a lot with wrinkles. So, you should find fruits and vegetables that are high in Vitamin C. You know what fruits containing vitamin C, right?
At the ages of fifties, your skin tends to get dry in addition to being wrinkled. What you need here is the fruits that contain a lot of water like lemon, orange, and grapes, and drink a lot of fresh water.

That's good info, yanzalong.
Fruits are good for everyone at any age. You can never go wrong by including fruits in your regular diet.
I am almost thirty, and I'm not fond of putting on creams, toners or moisturizers. I'm blessed to have a non-sensitive skin that is free from pimples and acne. I only wash it with water and facial soap. If I can't wash my face, I have a regular facial cleaner..and that's it. I also don't put make up on, just a thin layer of blush on and powder.
Do you thin it's necessary to apply facial treatment products as we grow older?

If you can have access to all foods that can promote your skin health, you'd be better off not doing it. Another good news is that cut back on your sugar consumption as sugar will make your skin sag and wrinkle.

Oh, that's bad news for me. I'm a sweet tooth, so it'd take me a big deal of sacrifice to cut back on sweets. I guess ill have to raise my defenses instead.

As long as you eat the right foods and do physical exercise regularly, you will have no problems in your skin. You don't need to go to beauty salons just to take care of your skin.

I am on my forties and I don't have wrinkles yet.
Sometimes it depends upon skin type.
Some people tends to have wrinkles even at younger age- but yes, healthy diet can help to prevent ageing at an early age.
My daughter is 18 yrs old and mostly she's mistaken as 12 yrs old.
She was even mistaken as 10 yrs old (lols) and she really gets mad when people treated her a small kid because of her looks.

You are all lucky people to look much younger than you really are. In that case you don't need to go to beauty salons to take care of your skin. However, you still need to do exercises in order that you can stay away from physical problems.

I am not a woman, but I am at my thirties, and for a guy like me, thirty years of age probably it is the time to have a family already, and working hard on his career. I got none of those, and I am still struggling to find the perfect woman of my life. So, about the skin problem, or anything like that, it won't work for me though. At thirties, a guy like me just so desperate to find a soul mate and running toward my career goal.

A man in thirties is still very young,I guess. I don't need to rush to find someone to live with yet. However, taking care of your health is very important as this will determine how you will be, right?

Hi! I am 31 and still feel young. haha. The age does not matter and it is just a number. What matters is the way you will carry yourself. Anyway, I don't make a big fuss on my skin, at least at this moment. LOl! I just stick with my daily regimen of washing my face and body wash, a daily face cream with UV protection, hand and body lotion and my recent discovery, almond oil. I do scrubbing of face once a week using brown sugar and calamansi extract. I also take malunggay capsule that my husband is doing. I don't go to derm clinic, as in never. You need to take care of your skin no matter what age you are.
Happy mylotting!

Definitely. Without your effort as mentioned by you, you will look my older. If you consume a lot of fruits and vegetables that are needed by your skin at your age, that will be a lot better.

Few months from now i'll become 30 years old that's why I am very careful in terms of food, make up and exposure to the sun. We can't prevent aging but I believe we can delay the maturity of our skin with proper exercise, balance diet and vitamins. Also we need some treatment like facial, massage, body scrub and etc. to helps regenerate our skin to become soft and firm.

I don't think you have skin problems in your thirties, especially if you are diligent to take care of your beauty and health.

Women, regardless how old we are, we always like to look good, look beautiful with flawless smooth fair complexion. Our diet does play an important part because problems shown often start from within. Fruits are vegetables are good for us at any time of the day while drinking more water helps to tighten our skin, making it look good. Other than that, using right kind of facial wash, make up remover will help to maintain our good looks.

Yes i'm a woman in my 30s and yes i'm aware of what's going on with my skin. I tend to rely more on skin products though than my diet. I don't know why but even if i tend to follow a good diet to have better skin, it works too slow or sometimes don't work at all. And i've seen on tv that it's not only the diet but it's also in the genes. So i guess, some things can't be changed by eating right.

Hello Yanzalong, I am not a woman. However, I think that 'any advice is good advice' as long as it pertains to the promotion healthy lifestyles in our population; whether it is the cultivation of proper eating and/or sleeping habits, practicising proper hygiene and body care, the adoption of appropiate and regular exercising techniques etc.
Your approach to shin care awareness (especially in our ladies) shall helps to: (1)keep the world a 'beautiful' place, and; (2)provide the world with very happy, self confident (and well shin toned) ladies.., who will ensure that we -the men- get the best of our ladies, and families.
Keep it up, as you have my support.

Wearing make up daily will dry out your skin (just take a look at celebs without it ewww). Smoking and drinking a lot both age you. There are more things to avoid than things you should do lol

You are very right JHkerriokey. I agree with you. Smoking should be avoided. I notice many modern women enjoy smoking. Smoking is bad for not only your skin but for your general health as well.
