Find Online Work in Singapore?

I was searching for site where I can look for job in Singapore.. And I found 2 sites and I am thinking its a good site to start looking for requirements.
www.bizhub.com.sg and www.worksingapore.com
What can you say about it? Its the site really reliable or scam?

Dear friend,
Here in India there are few Manpower agencies that recruit people to other countries. In these there are government recognized which is much trustworthy. Moreover it would be much hassell to be in this alone. It known that lots of Indian are well settled in Singapore where jobs opportunities are much better for those who have qualifications.Wish you all the best.

I think these sites are belonging to employment agencies. They will have for sure a comission if you want to get a Job. I'd prefer to contact directly the companies where I could be hired. There must be a kind of directory where these companies are registered. You can send the CV by yourself, and you wiil be able to get a job.
