Much needed enjoyable night

Last night our church offered a night for the kids. So since my husband is out of town and my other two friends husbands are out of town we took the kids and went out for a couple hours for a girls night. We had some wonderful thai food and visited. Something one needs when they dont have another adult to talk to that much. plus since our husbands work together it was nice since we know what each other is going through. I felt so much more relaxed and happy when I got home. Have to remember to do this more.

Yes, there are many times that it is Good just to get together with another couple if you are married, or maybe even some women friends like from church, etc. and just go out to eat and talk and enjoy the night out away from home. Gives a different meaning to the word relax, and Fun and makes for a nice time for sure. Glad you enjoyed yours.

It sounds like you had an enjoyable evening with your friends. This is a good thing to do. Friends can be the difference between enjoying life or simply enduring life. Do your friend's children get along with each other?
