Read the Terms: "... a single User may hold only one Personal Starter account, along with unlimited Personal Pro and Business accounts. A Business account holder may still manage multiple businesses with one Business account or choose to open a Business account for each of their businesses."

Just create one and refer other to earn commission from payza
from there TOS

There is nothing like that in payza. I already have 3 accounts in Payza.!
Its very easy to create accounts in Pyaza..
