muscle recovery

I've read about contrast bath to fasten muscle recovery... It use hot water (the level you can handle so its not burn you) and cold water... stick your hand into cold water and move it about 1-2 minutes then immediately change for hot water and do the same... Repeat it a couple times... For further just search beast skill... And please share other methods for recovery...

It depends how severe the injury of your muscles. It needs a warm bath for the muscle for 20 minutes before the stretching of each muscle groups.
